Yes, it’s finally here! The long awaited Chatty Sparkly Running Book is available on Amazon around the world. It has inspired us to restart our weekly videos and in this first episode we introduce the book and give you short preview of what to expect inside.
The book’s subtitle gives you a hint of what’s included. Running for Enjoyment, Health and Improved Performance.
Our focus is on helping you to enjoy your running, making sure your training promotes good health and gives you a vitality for life! Of course, most of us want to improve too and the book will guide you through the training required for a variety of goals, whether you are just starting out or aiming to run a marathon.
Each week our Monday evening video will focus on one chapter as we give you a flavour of what’s included. Look out for these videos on our YouTube channel or Facebook page. You can always find them here later in then week.
