What is Sparkly Running?

This is where Chatty Runners get to run fast!

Sparkly Runs are short efforts lasting only ten seconds.

Why ten seconds?

Because you have this much-stored energy in your muscles ready to go, just in case you need it for a quick getaway! Use it up and then wait two to three minutes and your body puts that energy back.

Chatty Running

The brilliant thing about Sparkly Runs is that they don’t make you tired.

Run them fast and relaxed, but please go easy the first few times you try it. Put between four and six Sparkly Runs into one run a week and enjoy the feeling of flowing across the ground.

Sparkly running will teach your body to run more efficiently, help strengthen your running muscles, and improve your coordination and flexibility.

All this without making you tired and you won’t even get out of breath!
